Responsibilities
- Build the enterprise capabilities that enable large organizations to securely adopt, administer, and scale CustomerLake products.
- Design and develop robust permissions, roles, and access-control systems.
- Build auditability and governance capabilities.
- Develop pricing, entitlement, usage, and product controls.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Translate sophisticated administrator requirements into simple, reliable product experiences.
- Build systems that balance flexibility and ease of use with enterprise expectations.
- Own projects end to end, from architecture through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with product management, design, security, infrastructure, and other engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Deep backend engineering experience with ability to work across the full stack.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products or working on enterprise-focused engineering teams.
- Experience building permissions, access controls, authorization systems, audit logs, entitlements, pricing, usage controls, governance, security, or administrative tooling.
- Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of the needs of Data, IT, Security, or Platform administrators.
- Demonstrated product mindset.
- High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments.
- Strong experience with server-side technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node.js, C++, or similar.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
