Robinhood is democratizing finance for all. The DevX team builds and operates core developer infrastructure, owning systems that thousands of engineers rely on daily. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on scaling developer infrastructure, managing monorepo builds with Bazel, scaling CI pipelines, and improving developer onboarding.
What you’ll do
- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel and own the remote build execution cluster.
- Scale CI pipelines to support thousands of daily builds, focusing on speed, safety, and reliability.
- Improve developer onboarding experience, reducing time-to-first-commit.
- Provide and maintain remote development environments to accelerate workflows.
What you bring
- Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems (such as Bazel).
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems and containerization using Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and focus on developer productivity.
