Responsibilities
Define and maintain the target architecture for the GTM systems ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and adjacent tools)
Define system-of-record boundaries, key data domains, integration patterns, and architecture decision records
Design and build scalable solutions for complex cross-system initiatives
Continuously audit the health of the stack: integration reliability, data integrity, technical debt, security posture, permissions, auditability, platform limits
Review and guide solution designs across the Business Systems & Tools team
Establish standards for integration patterns, data design, deployment practices, release governance, documentation
Mentor engineers on architecture and technical decision-making
Partner with Sales, BAS, and B@W stakeholders to translate needs into system designs
Lead technical diligence and implementation architecture for new tools and platform changes
Requirements
Deep expertise with Salesforce as core system of record for GTM, including declarative, programmatic, and integration approaches
Demonstrated experience owning architecture for a multi-tool GTM stack in a B2B or SaaS environment
Strong understanding of integration and data flows at scale
Staff-level technical leadership experience
Conditions
Base salary range NYC: $155,000 - $175,000
May be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus
