Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market leaders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives
- Create workflows for data enrichment, lead scoring, prospect routing, summarization, and sales intelligence
- Develop Python scripts, internal APIs, and integrations connecting SaaS platforms
- Implement and assess tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and Tray
- Develop scalable, secure, and well-governed AI workflows
- Connect data sources, enrichment platforms, and revenue systems to generate actionable insights
- Maintain clear documentation and explain technical recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI and automation technologies
Requirements
- Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges through Revenue Operations, Sales, Consulting, Analytics, Marketing, or Solutions Engineering
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, API integrations, and automation across SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated experience applying AI to business workflows
- Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, and sales intelligence
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Demandbase, LeadIQ, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier, Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach
- Experience deploying internal tools using AWS, GCP, Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, Git, vector databases
- Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
- Candidates must be based in Canada
Conditions
- Remote from home country
- In-person onboarding in Toronto, occasional business travel
- Annual base salary: $124,000 - $166,000 CAD
