Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with Commify's goals. Be a key driver in transitioning from legacy platforms to cutting-edge CPaaS offering.
- Drive product growth by scaling integration footprint with major platforms (Google, Meta), optimising technical workflows to reduce partner onboarding time.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact integration opportunities with strategic partners to unlock new distribution channels, drive top-of-funnel acquisition, and reduce user friction.
- Lead discovery and delivery of 'better-together' product experiences, working with third-party vendors to bridge feature gaps and deliver integrated workflows that drive long-term user retention.
- Lead gathering and prioritising product requirements through market research and customer feedback. Become the go-to expert on products and understand customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to synthesise market intelligence and competitor analysis into actionable product requirements.
- Unite, influence and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products on time. Champion Agile methodologies.
- Leverage product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to capture needs and validate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in CPaaS, SaaS, technology or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, framing communications for better understanding.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, with openness to AI and its optimisations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and programmes effectively.
- Ideally, strong knowledge of working on and delivering products focused on Partners and Integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
