About the company

We are looking for a hands-on business leader to drive Hostman’s growth in international markets, with an initial focus on Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Define priority markets, ICPs, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead the B2B marketing and sales functions
  • Build and manage the full funnel, from customer acquisition to closed deals
  • Develop a measurable sales pipeline and commercial playbook
  • Participate in key customer conversations and strategic deals
  • Evaluate acquisition channels based on conversion, CAC, pipeline contribution, and revenue
  • Identify product improvements that can increase conversion and retention
  • Build business cases for new markets, experiments, investments, and team expansion

Requirements

  • Experience launching or scaling a business in international markets
  • Direct responsibility for revenue, business growth, or P&L-related results
  • Strong hands-on expertise in both marketing and sales
  • Solid understanding of ICP, MQL, SQL, CAC, conversion, unit economics, and pipeline management
  • Experience with technology products; cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, cybersecurity, or developer tools would be an advantage
  • Fluent English and current residence in Europe
