Responsibilities
Lead a globally distributed organization of 600+ engineers.
Own frictionless cross-product access and trustworthy personalization for over 500M+ users.
Define how secure access, notifications, and trustworthy personalization work across the entire Google ecosystem.
Coach senior directors and turn complex technical visions into reality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in software engineering.
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with globally dispersed teams.
5 years of experience managing software engineering teams of 500+.
Experience building technical products and services.
Experience building reliable, scalable and operationally excellent user experiences on products with massive scale (>500M users).
Experience successfully building software for large-scale distributed systems.
Leadership experience in leading large-scale transformation in the AI era.
