Responsibilities

• Support design and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs under senior architects' guidance.
• Assist with configuration, customisation, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders on governance, compliance, security, performance.
• Contribute to architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, technical documentation, adoption materials.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, project kickoffs.
• Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 workloads, integrations, collaboration tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, enablement, governance.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 updates, roadmaps, emerging features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in technical/engineering/administrative role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, security fundamentals.
• Experience with SharePoint Online (site creation, information architecture, content management).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams (configuration, lifecycle management, collaboration design).
• Knowledge of OneDrive for Business (synchronisation, sharing, storage controls).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, enablement, governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Purview, data protection/governance principles, interest in AI productivity tools.

Conditions

• Base salary typically $150,000–$168,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits.
