Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for a major digital platform modernization initiative.
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable product plans and lead complex initiatives from discovery through execution and go-to-market.
- Drive the modernization of legacy platforms, including migrating complex customer workflows and introducing scalable digital solutions while minimizing operational disruption.
- Partner closely with UX researchers and designers to apply user-centered design, customer journey mapping, usability principles, and product-led UX throughout discovery and delivery.
- Leverage generative AI and AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, automate documentation, analyze customer behavior, and assess opportunities for intelligent product capabilities.
- Define and monitor product metrics, OKRs, adoption indicators, and performance measures to evaluate outcomes and guide continuous improvement.
- Use analytics and executive dashboards to identify opportunities, understand product performance, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.
- Build alignment across engineering, design, business teams, and executive stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and complex technical or commercial trade-offs.
- Lead multi-quarter planning and complex product launches, ensuring effective execution and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers on product strategy, discovery methodologies, execution, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or a related discipline; a master’s degree in business, product management, product development, or marketing is preferred.
- 8+ years of professional product management experience, including ownership of outcomes for complex, multi-faceted product initiatives.
- Proven ability to establish long-term product strategies, develop multi-year roadmaps, and independently lead products or initiatives from discovery through go-to-market.
- Strong experience defining and applying product metrics to measure performance, adoption, and progress against strategic OKRs.
- Demonstrated expertise in platform modernization, legacy-system transformation, complex workflow migration, and scalable digital product development.
- Strong understanding of UX and user-centered product development, with experience partnering closely with UX/UI designers and researchers.
- Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows for product discovery, documentation, behavioral analysis, and product innovation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using interactive analytics tools, dashboards, and customer or behavioral data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, make strategic trade-offs, and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with multi-quarter platform planning and complex go-to-market launches is preferred.
- Exposure to Over-The-Road (OTR) payments, commercial card systems, fleet solutions, or related financial technology domains is a plus.
- Experience mentoring other product managers and strengthening product management practices is preferred.
- An Agentic AI certification is a plus.

- Salary: Base pay range of $125,300–$154,100, with actual compensation determined by qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
