Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the positioning and messaging house for Chat, Cowork, and Claude's core knowledge-work products
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets — pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling
- Own proof points, comparisons, and narratives that help economic buyers justify purchase decisions
- Develop ICP and persona frameworks that translate knowledge workers and buyers into insights
- Own website and product page messaging
- Build libraries of top use cases by product and function
- Partner closely with GTM, Marketing, and Partners
- Build AI-native systems using Claude and beyond-chat workflows like Skills and automations
Requirements
- Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for an established software product
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone across formats
- Experience building ICP and persona frameworks
- Experience building sales enablement assets and working with sales teams
- Comfortable operating autonomously as an IC
- Systems thinking and ability to move fast in an evolving environment
- Well-versed in using AI to inform and automate product marketing workflows
- Experience marketing AI or productivity software to a broad buyer base
