Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency by implementing automated SSO on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Administer and support Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
- Design and deliver security policies in partnership with the Security team
- Scale IT services by identifying and executing on high-impact automation opportunities
- Standardize and automate routine IT tasks to improve system reliability
- Resolve complex technical escalations with long-term preventative solutions
- Collaborate with Support and Security teams to resolve systemic issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SSO integrations with Okta or similar platform
- Cloud system application management: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack
- Working knowledge of iPaaS tools such as BetterCloud or Workato
- Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in scripting with Python or equivalent automation tools
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
Conditions
- Based in Vancouver office with office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office)
- Estimated base salary range: CAD 106,000–150,000
