• Deliver End-to-End Project Management: Partner closely with the Global People Partners team, broader People team, and business stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms for process dependencies and cross-functional People Partners projects. Lead the everyday coordination of agreed people project activities, actively managing project tracking, chasing deliverables, and maintaining close alignment with key stakeholders.
• Enable Data-Driven Insights: Maintain, analyse, and visualise agreed People metrics to flag trends, evaluate team health, and build narrative stories using data to inform stakeholder decisions and enable accurate project scoping.
• Facilitate Change Management: Partner on the design and delivery of project change management and communication plans, ensuring seamless rollouts and organisational alignment across stakeholders.

• Hands-On Project Manager: You have demonstrable experience as a project manager on large, complex projects, getting hands-on with the detailed work of assessing change, developing interventions, and using your expertise to define, plan, and deliver the work.

You have a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and can use data to provide insights, inform decisions, and visualise it to influence others through storytelling.
• Change Agent: You have robust knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, along with the ability to adapt and apply them in a way that suits the environment.

• Compensation: EUR 3750 - EUR 4750 monthly.
