This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Prep Redzone (Football) Marketing Specialist based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and grow the brand’s presence and engagement across relevant social media platforms.
- Own and maintain the annual content and marketing calendar across social, email, and SMS channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that balance authentic brand storytelling with measurable audience and registration growth.
- Drive marketing for tournaments, showcases, and other football events, including pre-event promotion and on-site content coverage.
- Coordinate videographers, content creators, and other contributors to ensure events generate high-quality, timely content.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across the nationwide scout network to source content, initiatives, and qualified leads.
- Manage and expand the contact database to support targeted community outreach and lead-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Event Operations, and scout teams to turn content and engagement into sales-ready opportunities.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, analyze relevant metrics, and use insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage external contributors, virtual assistants, interns, or other marketing resources as needed to support execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Authentic industry experience in football, 7-on-7, or high school/middle school showcases, with a credible voice that resonates with players, coaches, recruiters, and families.
- Proven experience owning and executing brand strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute a full-year content calendar across social media, email, and SMS.
- Strong understanding of content and channel strategy, with a track record of driving measurable audience growth and engagement.
- Hands-on experience planning, marketing, and covering live sporting events, including coordinating photographers, videographers, or content creators.
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, creative teams, scouts, ambassadors, or external contributors.
- High data literacy and the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make decisions that improve performance rather than simply reporting results.
- Experience managing contact databases or lead-generation systems and supporting targeted outreach.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from strategy through execution without extensive oversight.
- Strong communication and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- Targeted salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year, with starting compensation based on applicable skills and experience.
