This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Canada.
This is a high-impact product marketing role supporting the evolution of an established B2B SaaS portfolio toward enterprise Strategic Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop persona-specific messaging and positioning for enterprise audiences, including C-suite executives, strategy and PMO leaders, product and IT leaders, and digital and AI transformation stakeholders.
- Create compelling narratives across multiple industry verticals that communicate the value of a broad product portfolio and address the priorities of different buyer segments.
- Design and execute integrated go-to-market programs and product launches, managing audience definition, positioning, content development, cross-functional alignment, and post-launch measurement.
- Partner with Product Management and Finance on pricing and packaging initiatives, incorporating market intelligence and buyer willingness-to-pay insights into positioning and commercial strategy.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, discovery frameworks, ROI and business case tools, and seller training for complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop differentiated ecosystem narratives and co-marketing programs that help channel and technology partners effectively position the solutions.
- Work with Growth Marketing to translate messaging into campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline, while continuously testing and refining positioning across target segments.
- Act as a voice of the market by conducting customer interviews, gathering sales feedback, monitoring competitors, and validating messaging before broader market activation.
- Manage relationships with design partners and customer advisors, ensuring insights from conversations, transcripts, program performance, and recurring feedback are incorporated into messaging, enablement, and advocacy content.
- Build and mature a scalable launch-tiering framework that defines investment levels, processes, and playbooks for everything from major platform launches to smaller feature releases.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, competitive analysis, content development, workflow automation, and insight generation while maintaining strong quality and strategic judgment.
- Bring market, buyer, and competitive intelligence back to Product Management to help influence roadmap priorities and product development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience within enterprise B2B SaaS, with strong experience in solutions marketing.
- Proven success developing persona- and industry-specific messaging for audiences ranging from technical and operational practitioners to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing go-to-market programs and product launches that generated measurable pipeline, revenue, or business impact.
- Experience developing sales enablement content and training for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively across Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and technologies into clear, compelling, outcome-oriented stories.
- Experience creating scalable marketing processes, launch frameworks, playbooks, and operating models rather than relying solely on one-off campaigns.
- Strong market research and customer insight capabilities, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable positioning and strategy.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of everyday marketing workflows, including research, competitive intelligence, content creation, and process automation, combined with sound judgment around their appropriate use.
- A strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a rapidly evolving enterprise software environment.
