  • Experience developing sales enablement content and training for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively across Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and technologies into clear, compelling, outcome-oriented stories.

  • Strong market research and customer insight capabilities, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable positioning and strategy.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of everyday marketing workflows, including research, competitive intelligence, content creation, and process automation, combined with sound judgment around their appropriate use.
  • A strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a rapidly evolving enterprise software environment.
