Responsibilities
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels (remote job boards, recruitment agencies, personal outreach through LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met
- Screen incoming CVs, set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews
- Update internal systems and advertise available positions
- Keep abreast with best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Experience in Recruitment and social media is an advantage
- Experience or relevant degree in HR/TA is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and accurate

Conditions

- Compensation: up to EUR 25,514 yearly
