Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance responsive frontend applications using Angular.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, maintainable architecture, and code quality standards.
- Leverage AI and agentic development approaches to optimize workflows and increase productivity throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) principles and explore tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.
- Take part in agile ceremonies, release processes, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
- Use development and quality tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira as part of the delivery lifecycle.
- Share knowledge, contribute ideas, and help continuously improve development practices and team outcomes.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development.
- Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development.
- Experience with or strong familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Knowledge or practical experience with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Experience with unit testing and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and software release processes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, adaptability, resilience, and willingness to continuously learn in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
