Responsibilities
Drive and execute an ambitious product design strategy for your team ensuring a meaningful impact on both user experience and business outcomes.
Bring a systems-thinking lens to the conversation and connect the dots between user insights and business goals.
Drive impact by framing problems and exploring solutions in collaboration with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science.
Design end-to-end flows that involve multiple personas – IT Admin, Security admins, End-user – and consider complex use cases.
Perfect the details to design scalable and usable design patterns.
Regularly present work, concepts, and new ideas to cross-functional team members, adjacent teams, and senior leadership.
Advocate and encourage thoughtful use of AI for brainstorming and iterating on potential solutions, prototyping, and collaborating with team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a product designer.
Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and/or similar design tools.
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
Experience incorporating AI into design process, including crafting tools, iterating on ideas collaboratively with AI, and documenting sophisticated prompts.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, design system adherence, and ease of use.
Keep user goals at the heart of solution and balance business objectives and engineering considerations.
Thrive in ambiguous environments and know when to lead versus when to lean on team members.
Build and share empathy with people.
See design as a partner with PM and Engineering.
Comfortable owning all stages of design for multiple teams.
Passionate about upholding design UX principles.
Showcase story telling skills to communicate design ideas.
Portfolio showing work on complex and challenging technical projects across all aspects of the design process.
