About the team
Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team is at the centre of SumUp's growth across Europe, responsible for building the sales force that puts SumUp's tools into the hands of small businesses at scale. We work at pace — managing high-volume hiring funnels across multiple markets, partnering closely with sales leaders, sourcers, and trainers to hit ambitious onboarding targets every month. - Conduct structured candidate screening calls and keep a strong pipeline moving to consistently hit monthly onboarding targets
- Review funnel data regularly to identify drop-off points and adjust sourcing or outreach strategies to improve conversion
- Work with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and keep job ads active and visible across platforms
- Share market insights with the wider team and contribute to knowledge-sharing that improves overall hiring performance

- A results-oriented mindset with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-tempo, target-driven environment
