Responsibilities
- Lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences
- Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks across one or more domains or key strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams
- Share knowledge and expertise with others across the company and externally
- Shape the design direction of a strategic AI product that shapes large data sets to accelerate and optimize an organization's AI system
- Operate at multiple levels: thinking strategically about where the products should go while staying hands-on with the actual design work
- Help define what the products become
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 10+ years of relevant design experience
- Experience designing products or features that help users work with complex, interconnected data (e.g., analytics platforms, data visualization, or enterprise data tools)
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys
- Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for deliverables such as product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks
- Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally
- Influence skills and drive to continuously improve product design processes across business units and design teams
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
