- Design and develop customer loyalty and benefits programs that enhance the value of our financial products.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external partners offering exclusive benefits, discounts, memberships, and privileges for clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with service providers and business partners.
- Develop bundled customer offerings and loyalty packages aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and customer trends.
- Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations for proposed programs.
- Monitor program performance, customer engagement, and partner effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful program implementation.
- Manage day-to-day operations of loyalty programs and continuously improve customer value propositions.
- Track budgets, contractual obligations, and program KPIs.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
Требования
- 2 + years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, customer engagement, commercial management, or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate commercial viability and profitability of partnership initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
