• Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting, with 5+ years either in-house or in a staffing agency environment.
• A sourcing master in identifying where top talent lives.
• Autonomous with ability to work independently on multiple positions.
• Exceptional at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates.
• Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency.
• Able to navigate an ever-changing process.
