Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business partners on impactful projects
- Assist in development of business cases related to Agoda's strategic priorities
- Own parts of the company's forecasts
- Contribute to key analysis and reporting packs
- Help the team provide information for effective decision-making
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or FP&A
- Experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and SQL a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related or quantitative subject
- Finance qualification (CFA, ACA, CIMA) a plus
- Experience with AI automation a plus
