Responsibilities
- Lead the projects that turn advanced hardware designs into products ready for manufacturing.
- Drive hardware manufacturing projects from planning through production release.
- Keep engineering, operations and manufacturing partners aligned.
- Manage priorities, track progress and remove delivery risks before they become blockers.
- Work across hardware, software, systems and operations teams.
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within multi-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with ability to draw on experience of different methodologies (eg waterfall, scrum, agile etc) to identify the most appropriate method for the project.
- Working knowledge of project/programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc.
- Experience working in global environments with international partners.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge and experience of PCBA manufacturing and test processes (desirable).
- Experience in working with leading edge suppliers in PCBA and system level manufacturing supply chain (desirable).
