This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista QA Júnior based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of automated tests to help ensure software quality and reliability.
- Assist in creating functional test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on user stories and project requirements.
- Execute automated test scripts across web and mobile applications, covering functional, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements, identify relevant test scenarios, and contribute to quality-focused solutions.
- Organize and prioritize testing activities with guidance from experienced team members and in coordination with stakeholders.
- Support the investigation of failures identified through automated testing, helping determine root causes and contributing to corrective actions.
- Participate in agile development environments and follow established quality assurance practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation practices, and overall software quality.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience or academic exposure to software testing or test automation.
- Basic understanding of user stories, requirements analysis, and the definition of test scenarios.
- Introductory knowledge of test automation concepts and practices.
- Basic programming knowledge, preferably using Python.
- Basic or academic familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
- Basic knowledge of or interest in Adobe Magento.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and QA professionals in an agile environment.
- Good organization skills and willingness to learn from more experienced team members.
- As a plus, familiarity with BDD, Gherkin, and tools such as Cucumber.
- As a plus, basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps and Docker.
