Responsibilities
- As a Senior Engineer, you’ll take the lead on solving complex technical problems, driving the implementation of solutions, and mentoring team members along the way.
- You'll also play a key role in cross-team collaboration, essential for building and growing our platform for other Wise teams.
- This includes documenting at the appropriate abstraction level to scale the adoption of our developments.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills, particularly in backend development with Java or other JVM-based languages.
- Experience with Spring framework, databases, and distributed systems.
- Ability to understand and decompose complex features into deliverables.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A product-first mindset, with the ability to prioritise customer needs.
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
