Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and identify opportunities through workshops
• Map and improve current-state and future-state processes
• Own requirements definition: business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deliver hands-on analytics using SQL to explore organisational and warehouse data
• Build and validate repeatable analyses, reports, dashboards and measures
• Enable agentic self-service data use
• Recommend practical solution approaches
• Design agentic workflows with business rules, human approval points and exception handling
• Prototype, evaluate and validate solutions using AI-assisted development tools
• Coordinate user acceptance testing
• Own delivery of agreed initiatives, managing scope, priorities, dependencies and risks

Requirements

• Experience with SQL for data exploration and analysis
• Experience with process mapping and requirements definition
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
