Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product analysts, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Drive product analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
