Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive user interface components using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Integrate front-end elements with back-end services
- Own complex, loosely-defined problems end-to-end
- Lead discussions on architecture and system design
- Establish coding standards and promote reusable components
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Collaborate async across timezones with a fully-distributed team
- Partner closely with designers and product managers
Requirements
- Solid production experience with full-stack JavaScript, preferably TypeScript
- React on the front end and Node.js on the back end
- Experience with Reactflow is a plus
- Track record of leading non-trivial projects end-to-end
- Proficient architecture and system-design judgment
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
Conditions
- Remote work
- Base salary: 307 800 zł – 486 900 zł PLN per year
- No variable compensation component
