• Partner is looking for a Premium Support Account Manager based in Spain.
• Global remote team building social discovery platforms used by millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of premium users.
• Manage customer interactions end-to-end, resolving routine inquiries, complex support cases, and churn-risk situations.
• Communicate independently via email, live chat, and phone.
• Use AI-powered tools and automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Write engaging, personalized messages with clear calls to action.
• Explain complex issues in simple language.
• Guide conversations toward objectives, handle objections, identify solutions.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to improve products.
• Support customer retention.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in customer support, account management, sales, customer success, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with premium/VIP/high-value customers is highly valued.
• English B2 or above, strong written communication and confidence on phone calls.
• Excellent writing skills with natural conversational tone.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong communication, active listening, objection-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ownership.
• Willingness to work evening shifts, five-day-on two-day-off, 4:00 PM to midnight.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred: experience with Western markets (US, Canada, Europe); familiarity with Zendesk; experience using AI tools/automation.
