Facility Security Manager

• Manage security and safety programs across all ICEYE global facilities.
• Acquire and maintain national security clearances, acting as the main point of contact for national security authorities.
• Oversee guard force management, including contracted providers, against SLAs and post orders.
• Own visitor and contractor access, including screening, badging, and escort/NDA procedures.
• Provide security and access control input on new facility projects.
• Facilitate audits and safety trainings, tracking findings to closure.

• 8+ years of facility security experience in an international, multi-site environment.
• Minimum 4 years leading a security team, with experience managing teams across multiple countries or environments.
• Hands-on experience managing contracted guard force services, including vendor performance and SLA management.
• Experience supporting security requirements for new site build-outs or office relocations.
• Track record of planning and running security audits, inspections, and training programs.
• Strong documentation skills, including SOPs, audit records, and clearance-related paperwork.
• Working knowledge of Katakri (the Finnish national security auditing criteria) and how it's applied and audited.
