- Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities.
- Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent.
- Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market.
- Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
- Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
