Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands across the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, advertising scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage the full-funnel performance marketing process, from audience research and creative angles to copywriting and media buying.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and advertising performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Contribute to performance marketing processes, creative best practices, and scalable campaign frameworks.
• Stay informed about emerging creative trends.

Requirements

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise: audience research, creative angles, copywriting, media buying.
• Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency or consumer brand environment.
• Previous responsibility for managing advertising spend at a seven-figure level or above.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising, creative testing, campaign scaling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate campaign data and KPIs into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
