Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing, and organizing company documents
- Maintaining records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets
- Handling business correspondence in English
- Communicating with government authorities, banks, and other organizations
- Monitoring deadlines and administrative tasks
- Regular travel within the city to resolve administrative matters and occasional business trips to Nicosia or Paphos
- Supporting the Administration Department with day-to-day tasks and special assignments
Requirements
- Own car and valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Fluent English and Greek (written and spoken) (mandatory)
- Russian language skills are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents and numbers
- Responsible, organized, and reliable personality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Conditions
- Office & field-based position
- Approximately 6–7 working hours per day
- Salary: €1,500–1,600 per month
