Applied AI Architects, G&A carry the horizontal mandate, rotating across corporate functions to find the highest-value workflows and rebuild them around AI.
Responsibilities
- Run enablement and discovery across assigned functions, leading enablement sessions and stakeholder research
- Build alongside the team, creating custom tools, agents, automations, and prompts tailored to high-value workflows
- Coach toward self-sufficiency, moving people through a progressive maturity model
- Own quality during the engagement, then hand the durable pieces up
- Recognize patterns and scale what works, documenting every tool and playbook
- Build momentum by sharing wins visibly within cohort and with leadership
- Know when to rotate, completing engagements when cohorts can build their own tools
- Prepare cohorts for an agentic future, designing and overseeing autonomous multi-agent workflows
Requirements
- You are a builder and deep AI practitioner, building agents, automations, and tools fluently
- You have already lived the transformation you'll be driving for others
- You can show your work and demonstrate how you've used AI to fundamentally change how you work
