Responsibilities
- Prototype at volume: use AI tools and code to explore dozens of directions fast, then narrow based on what works and what solves the actual problem
- Simplify complexity: shape intuitive, scalable experiences for customers with high standards for security and composability
- Raise the craft: help the broader design org see what this way of working looks like in practice
- Lead design across Auth0's key login and multi-factor authentication flows by guiding strategy and raising the craft
Requirements
- Strong design craft: considered typography, intentional spacing, polished micro-interactions
- Ability to build: mature AI workflow that helps bring ideas to life quickly, fixing things directly in code
- A real AI practice: opinions about where AI tools help and where they fall short
- Ability to simplify a robust and composable product
- Portfolio with password (if protected) required in application
Conditions
- Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
- Annual base salary range: $140,000 — $192,500 CAD
