- Oversee a team of Onboarding and Delivery Managers.
- Drive execution and delivery excellence for complex implementations.
- Manage escalations and strategic accounts.
- Design and deliver team enablement programs.
- Monitor team KPIs and leverage data for decision-making.
Требования
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years with Enterprise customers.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Proven success leading high-performing teams.
