Обязанности
- Own the full creative production cycle: from brief to final asset delivery.
- Manage and coordinate freelancers (designers, motion, etc.), including onboarding, task assignment, and quality control.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategist to translate concepts into production-ready tasks.
- Work closely with MPO / AdOps teams to ensure correct formats, specs, and delivery.
- Set up and maintain task management systems (e.g. Asana), including boards, templates, and workflows.
- Optimize and scale production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Manage and mentor 1–2 creative assistants, including task delegation and workload prioritization.
- Support planning teams with input on creative capabilities, timelines, and production capacity.
Требования
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital creative formats (HTML5 banners, Rich-Media, Overlays, Audio etc).
- Proven experience managing production workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Experience working with freelancers and external vendors.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to structure and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for creative production.
