Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand business objectives, data requirements, technical environments, and desired outcomes, translating these needs into scalable data management solutions.
- Support the transition from pre-sales activities into implementation and ongoing customer engagements, ensuring continuity and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Partner Experience, and consulting teams to deliver a consistent and effective onboarding and implementation experience.
- Analyze customer environments and recommend appropriate data management capabilities, architectures, integrations, and workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and adoption.
- Define and contribute to project plans, implementation activities, technical tasks, and delivery milestones in collaboration with consulting and project stakeholders.
- Design, review, and establish data integration workflows connecting enterprise applications and customer systems with the data management platform.
- Develop and review data queries, reporting solutions, and analytical workflows while coaching internal and external stakeholders on data management best practices.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with customer and partner application owners to promote technical self-sufficiency and long-term solution adoption.
- Create and maintain clear documentation covering deployed solutions, configurations, data management capabilities, processes, and recommended practices.
- Gather customer and partner feedback and communicate actionable insights to Product Development and Product Management teams.
- Monitor customer environments and remain informed about product capabilities and roadmap developments to provide proactive technical guidance and support.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to define success criteria, demonstrate realized value, strengthen adoption, and contribute to long-term customer health.
- Build credibility with technical and executive stakeholders, facilitate alignment across functions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Bring 6+ years of relevant professional experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in Technical Customer Success, Solution Architecture, consulting, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in data management, data engineering, data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and enterprise data architectures.
- Have experience integrating or managing SaaS applications and enterprise systems, particularly in areas such as accounting, finance, audit, risk, compliance, or sustainability.
- Understand complex and regulated data structures and be able to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable, software-driven workflows.
- Bring experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, EPM, data, and analytics solutions, including technologies such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Sage, Snowflake, Power BI, Planful, Anaplan, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
- Have experience with integration technologies such as Informatica, SSIS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of APIs, including REST and SOAP, JSON/XML formats, and hands-on API execution through scripting.
- Have experience with Python for scripting and automation; additional programming or automation expertise is advantageous.
- Possess foundational knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
- Demonstrate excellent technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including the ability to deliver presentations and explain complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
- Build trust and credibility quickly, influence stakeholders effectively, and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-success mindset and commitment to creating measurable, long-term value.
- Native or executive-level Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Be comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and traveling approximately 15% for internal meetings.
Conditions
- Competitive U.S. salary range of $129,000–$210,000 annually, with the actual offer based on location, skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity.
- Restricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire.
