Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted and technical consultant for customers adopting and leveraging the Pyramid platform.
- Support customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.
- Participate in engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff augmentation.
- Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics and data science.
- Identify client future needs and work with CSM to create expansion and upsell activities.
- Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams.
- Assist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training, and best practice implementation.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field) and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience.
- Experience using BI and analytical tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to develop reports and dashboards.
- Experience in design and development of data-based solutions with technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/Hana, Snowflake etc.) and languages (SQL variants, MDX etc.).
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare or public sector is a plus.
