Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Data sales to identify field marketing priorities aligned to pipeline goals and key accounts.
- Plan and execute events end-to-end: trade shows, customer roundtables, field activations, and ICEYE-hosted events relevant to Data commercial verticals.
- Manage pre-event promotion, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up including lead capture and handoff to sales.
- Adapt global campaign assets and messaging for field use, ensuring sales-ready materials are available for each activation.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to ensure field materials reflect current positioning and product messaging.
- Track and report on field marketing performance, sharing pipeline influence metrics and learnings with the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain the field marketing calendar in alignment with sales priorities and the broader marketing campaign schedule.
- Brief sales teams on upcoming field activities and ensure alignment on objectives and follow-up process.
- Manage field marketing budget, tracking spend against plan and optimizing for commercial return.
- Support channel partner activation in collaboration with channel managers, including co-marketing materials, partner-facing event presence, and field enablement for hyperscalers, geospatial resellers, and system integrators.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant marketing experience in B2B or B2G environments, preferably in defense, technology, SaaS, geospatial, or data-driven industries.
- Demonstrated experience executing field marketing programs with direct sales collaboration and measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong event management skills: planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-through.
- Experience adapting campaign messaging and assets for field and sales contexts across different commercial verticals.
- Experience supporting or working alongside channel sales motions, including co-marketing or partner enablement activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Business English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence sales teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Flexible, hands-on approach with strong attention to execution detail.
