We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Learning how the Capacity Management function operates and how it interacts with other teams.
- Interviewing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to collect and validate information.
- Mapping our main areas of responsibility, workflows, dependencies and stakeholder interfaces.
- Designing a clear information architecture for the Capacity Management Confluence space.
- Creating a practical home page that helps different audiences find the right information quickly.
- Developing or improving onboarding materials for new team members and partners.
- Documenting key processes, ownership areas, terminology, decision paths and working agreements.
- Collecting feedback from users and improving the content based on how it works in practice.
Requirements
- You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management or a related field.
- You can bring structure to incomplete, scattered or ambiguous information.
- You can explain complex subjects in simple, precise language.
- You are comfortable asking questions, listening carefully and following up until you understand how something really works.
- You can distinguish between a process as it is intended to work and how it works in practice.
- You are interested in cloud infrastructure, technical operations and cross-functional project management.
- You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the larger picture.
- You are comfortable collaborating with both technical specialists and managers.
