Responsibilities
- Work with engineers across the company to build new features and products.
- Work side-by-side with user facing teams (Sales, Support) to best understand the needs of our customers.
- Design and implement experiments to improve our customer’s experiences.
- Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
- Tune and polish features to a high-degree of excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack
- Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end
- Experience developing client facing software products
- Uphold our high engineering standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus points: Experience collaborating with specialists in product, design, and operations; Experience with developing in React Native for mobile; Basic experience with design tools; Great writing skills; Proactive approach.
Conditions
- The expected salary range for this role is $192,000 - $240,000 + equity. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
