Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, including new features, integrations, and enhancements.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, functional consultants, and delivery team members to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design documentation.
Produce high-quality, maintainable code following development standards and change management procedures.
Conduct testing, support user acceptance testing, investigate defects, and implement stable solutions.
Provide technical guidance to customers and recommend approaches aligned with business needs.
Coordinate with functional consultants to translate functional designs into technical implementations.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Track and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Stay informed about Microsoft Dynamics product updates and third-party solutions.
Support and coordinate the work of other developers when necessary.
Requirements
7–10 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding of application programming, databases, and system design.
In-depth functional and technical knowledge of F&SCM.
Experience with third-party add-ons and integrating external applications with Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
Experience with SDLC practices, testing, change management, documentation, and project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM certifications.
