About the role
A 12-month intensive training program where you will be paired with a host team within Stripe, given a broad mandate, and ideally placed full time in a Product Manager role after completion.
Responsibilities
Embed yourself deeply with Stripe's users to understand their needs and forge new solutions
Own the entire lifecycle: from initial discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration
Start on one team (e.g., Dashboard, Docs, Crypto, Payment Methods) and eventually land a full time role as a Product Manager
Navigate codebases, track down answers, and push through obstacles
Constantly refine workflows and tooling to increase leverage
Requirements
New grad or 0-2 years of professional experience
CS or engineering degree
Focus on what you've built through internships, personal projects, or school

In-person at Stripe offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York
