• Provide excellent service to customers in Japan.
• Own a variety of tasks from support tickets to community support.
• Work closely with Support Services, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Deliver excellent customer service as a front-line engineer.

Требования

• Prior experience in a technical support organization.
• Technical knowledge in ClickHouse DBMS or similar databases.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.

Условия

• Remote role with onsite travel required in Japan.
