Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
- Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles.
- High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven.
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
