• Define incident definitions and severity framework with partners.
• Bring cross-functional partner buy-in and governance.
• Turn framework into playbooks, training, and exercises.
• Define incident metrics and build reporting.
• Hold vendors and managed-service providers to one standard.
• Run major incident management.
• Run post-incident review and improvement.
• Design and run 24/7 coverage model.

• Experience building incident management programs.
