Leading a cross-functional project team (Tech Lead, Data Engineers, Analyst, QA and DevOps)
Managing project timelines, delivery quality, and execution
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Organizing delivery processes and team communication
Running meetings, demos, and status syncs in English
Participating in project planning and process improvements
Working within the EST timezone
Требования
4–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical PM in IT projects
Solid understanding of software development and data team workflows
Experience managing technical projects and distributed teams
Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong communication skills
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and domains
Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake and data migration projects
Familiarity with Microsoft stack, especially Azure Front Door (AFD)
Experience working with cloud or data infrastructure teams
Knowledge of dbt or understanding of the modern data stack
