Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles, from kick-off to close
- Build and maintain strong, healthy pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously
- Source candidates proactively and creatively to engage top technical talent
- Develop a deep understanding of Mercury's products, engineering challenges, and team needs
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
- Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
- Deliver a thoughtful and transparent candidate experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter supporting engineering or data teams
- Strong sourcing skills that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
- Deep curiosity about the products and teams you support
- Strong alignment with Mercury's values
- Enjoy building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Conditions
- Locations: San Francisco, New York, Portland, or Remote within Canada or United States
- Base salary: NYC/LA/Seattle/SF Bay Area $107,400 – $120,900 USD; outside those areas $96,700 – $108,800 USD; Canada $101,500 – $114,200 CAD
