Responsibilities
- Own the production and ongoing operation of corporate, branded, unbranded, clinical trial, and future international digital properties, ensuring they remain accurate, accessible, secure, and aligned with brand standards.
- Review, edit, test, and approve AI-generated content and digital assets before publication on regulated public-facing platforms.
- Use AI-assisted production tools and modern content management workflows to build and update pages, migrate content, configure forms, and publish digital experiences efficiently.
- Develop a reusable multi-site “site factory” that enables new digital properties to be launched rapidly while maintaining consistent architecture, components, permissions, and publishing standards.
- Manage headless CMS content models, publishing workflows, and governance structures that enable appropriate business self-service while maintaining quality and control.
- Accelerate publishing workflows by managing development, staging, preview, and production environments and enabling same-day publication once content completes required review.
- Provide realistic staging and preview environments that allow cross-functional and regulatory stakeholders to evaluate the complete digital experience before launch.
- Implement and monitor GA4, Search Console, uptime, performance, and other analytics tools to measure site health, publishing efficiency, freshness, and service-level performance.
- Own technical SEO across digital properties, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and search visibility.
- Monitor and improve the accuracy of information presented through search engines, AI assistants, knowledge panels, Wikidata, and relevant financial-data platforms.
- Build AI-enabled design and production workflows using tools such as Figma and AI-powered image-generation platforms to create consistent, professional digital assets at scale.
- Maintain digital brand asset libraries and progressively bring routine creative production, asset variations, reference materials, and display content in-house.
- Partner with Regulatory, Legal, IT, Communications, and Commercial teams to support review processes and ensure digital experiences meet applicable requirements.
- Maintain compliance with accessibility, privacy, consent, security, and data protection standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, CCPA, GDPR, WAF controls, security headers, and dependency scanning.
- Lead the structured transition of external digital properties from agency dependency to internal ownership, including content migration, rebuilds, review, launch, DNS transitions, and vendor offboarding.
- Identify situations where specialist external partners remain valuable while maintaining clear ownership and accountability for internal digital production.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve production speed, reduce costs, increase quality, and strengthen the overall digital experience.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-assisted production tools such as Claude, with examples of digital work or systems actually built and shipped using AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong design judgment and the ability to create polished, brand-consistent pages and visual assets using tools such as Figma and AI-enabled image-generation platforms without relying exclusively on dedicated designers.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, and digital discoverability.
- Strong understanding of modern web production, CMS platforms, digital publishing workflows, analytics, staging environments, and production operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and keep stakeholders aligned without unnecessary process.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, combined with sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work with urgency, meet deadlines, and remain effective.
